We deliver bespoke, client-centred mentoring and support for vulnerable young people — keeping each young person at the forefront of everything we do.
Those who come through the care system often have multiple needs that must be identified and addressed to reduce the likelihood of poor outcomes later in life. We provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for young people aged 16 and over who are accommodated by a local authority.
We offer ring-fenced shared and solo accommodation and are registered with Ofsted as a provider of supported accommodation. Our service is designed solely with the child in mind, offering 24-hour support with key workers who live on the property.
“We empower and strengthen young people’s practical, social and emotional skills, preparing them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.”
BremCare operates within a clear set of aims that guide every placement and every decision.
To ensure young people are safe from harm and neglect at all times.
To build trusting relationships and support successful reintegration into communities.
To develop self-confidence, self-esteem and independence in every young person.
To build self-control, resilience, critical thinking and pro-social life skills.
To ensure each young person has a clear plan they help to shape and develop.
To promote anti-discriminatory attitudes and meet each young person’s cultural needs.
We offer a unique, holistic approach to mentoring. Beyond regular consultations, we make sure every area of personal growth is nurtured — employment, education, relationship-building and a positive mindset.
We recognise that investing in young people’s education and employment is an investment in our whole community. We support this through private tuition, attending school meetings, and collaborating with businesses to create work experience and youth-friendly opportunities.
BremCare is committed to equality of opportunity, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, disability or race. We celebrate difference and help young people build the community, social and family networks that strengthen identity and resilience.
